The DLT Agenda Assignments is an overview of the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) created to help the superintendent and co-chair introduce OIP to the District Leadership Team. Topics include: Introductions and Purpose, Setting Ground Rules, Identifying Group Assignments, Overview of the Four Stages of the OIP, Roles and Responsibilities, Creating a Schedule for Completing the Process, and Commitments and Next Steps.
“Leadership Development Framework Areas” are power point slides copied from the tri-fold survey developed by The Ohio Leadership Advisory Council, (OLAC). OLAC wrote the guiding document, “Ohio’s Leadership Development Framework”. In the document six areas were identified as essential leadership practices needed to improve instructional practice and student performance. This survey is specific to three audiences, Superintendent, District Team, and Building Team. This survey is referred to as the OLAC Survey.
Ohio's Leadership Development Framework is a 58-page report developed by the Ohio Leadership Advisory Council (OLAC) that identifies essential leadership practices needed by superintendents, district leadership teams and building leadership teams to improve instructional practice and student performance.

The "OIP Superintendent Overview Meeting" is a lesson plan for the OIP facilitator's first contact with a district superintendent starting OIP.
